    eberg lettuce, warm bacon lardons, broccoli, red onion, golden raisins, smoked almonds, parmesan reggiano, sour cherries, honey mustard vinaigrette, picked fresh herbs, toasted garlic bread crumb, sherry & parmesan dressing. Try pairing it with “Block Party,” Kitsch Wines (3oz) – Riesling, Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, and Pinot Noir.

    Dumpling sauce, chili oil, truffle butter, toasted sesame, micro wasabi, hickory sticks, edamame hummus, scallions. Pair it with “Screaming Frenzy” Pinot Noir, Black Swift (3oz) – Medium-bodied with signature “dusty, dirty cherry fruit”

    Red wine- & miso-braised chuck flat, jumbo black tiger prawns, salsa roja, truffle & chèvre smashed fingerling potatoes, spiced pepita & serrano ham crunch, seasonal vegetables, house pickles, spiced parsnip chips, micro cilantro. Try pairing it with, Vivant, La Frenz (3oz) – Rhone-style reserve blend with complex texture and lush, lingering finish .

  • FETTUCCINE & MEATBALLS

    ‘Nduja tomato sauce, ibérico ham albondigas, olive pesto, white anchovy & pine nut gremolata, pecorino cheese. Pair it with, Nota Bene, Black Hills (3oz) – Chocolate, clove, and cedar on the palate with a base of ripe sark berry.
