- How do I use my Bernie’s Cinema Gift Card?
Bernie’s Cinema Gift cards can be used for Cinema ticket purchase in person or online.
To purchase tickets online using your cinema gift card visit Bernie’s Cinema. and follow the steps below.
- Select your desired showtime, and the amount of tickets you wish to purchase.
- At the checkout window enter your gift card number in the top left corner.
- Once entered you’ll be prompted to enter your 4 digit pin code, then select ‘Apply’.
- The amount on your gift card will be automatically deducted from the total cost. Any remaining amount can be paid via credit card through our secure payment gateway.

Please note that our Cinema and Restaurant Gift Cards are two separate cards. Purchasing Cinema Tickets can only be done by using our Cinema Gift Cards.

- Can I use my gift card to purchase food at Bernie’s?
Sadly not, Bernie’s Cinema gift cards are valid for cinema ticket purchases only. They can be used to purchase tickets online or in person at Bernie’s cinema.
- How do I purchase a Bernie’s Cinema gift card?
Bernie’s Cinema Gift cards can be purchased online, here. In addition physical gift cards can be purchased in person at Bernie’s Cinema located at 353 Bernard Ave, Kelowna.
- Can I customize the gift card amount?
Bernie’s Cinema gift cards can be purchased in $25 increments from $25 up to $100.
- How can I check the balance on my Bernie’s Gift Card?
Visit the Veezi Gift Shop and select, ‘ Check Your Gift Card Balance’. Enter your gift card number and pin (both of which will be included in your original confirmation), then select ‘Check Balance.
- What happens if I lose my gift card?
Unfortunately, any lost or stolen Bernie’s Gift Cards cannot be replaced or refunded. Treat you card like cash and make sure it’s stored in a secure place.
- Can I redeem my gift card for cash?
Nope, gift cards are not redeemable for cash.
